When it became necessary for us to put the two unit building owned by our family on the market during the 2009 Holiday Season we contacted Vickie and Joan who have been our real estate team since 1990 when we started looking for our first home. As well as helping us price the property strategically, they strongly recommended that we paint and stage the lower unit of the property rather than showing it vacant which was the more tempting option. After supervising the staging of the property, overseeing every detail (and adding a few of their own) the property went on the market and sold within the first two weeks. We feel this outcome was entirely due to their aggressive and creative marketing plan and their ability to deal effectively with both principals and other agents. During the showing of the property they were sensitive to the schedule and needs of the upstairs tenants and their 3 year old daughter.
